St. George Live

During the Summer months, there is a local company that does historical tours of St. George.  It costs very little, and when you are done your ticket will get you into the local art museum and the dinosaur museum.  We took the kids and away we went.  We got to see the Old Opera House, the courthouse, Brigham Young’s Home as well as other sites.  In the Courthouse Brian was “put on trial” and sentenced to hang in the gallows that have incidentally never been used, in the top of the courthouse.  After the tour we visited the art museum where they were having a couple fun exhibits.  One was called Shakespeare as Muse, was was multi media paintings by a local artist, and the other was a exhibit of infrared photos.  All in all it was a fun adventure!

Hi there. Not sure how long you have had this blog, but it is really "easy" on the eyes. Sounds like you had a great time on the tour. Do you have either my or Jaelynne's email. If so please send us your physical address and phone number. I hope to get us down you way, maybe in December and I KNOW for sure Jaelynne would love to hear from you. If it is ok with you I will give her your blog address so she can check in now and again.

As always..

What a fun tour to do with your family! I've been to St. George lots of times and have never seen these interesting historical sites.
