Fun Family Night

For Family Night this week, we went to a local farm, Staheli Family Farm, on Monday the 27th. It was a lot of fun for all of us. When we first got there we rode on a wagon pulled by a tractor to the pumpkin patch (apparently we were late because the pickings were slim, but everyone who wanted a pumpkin to carve....which isn't me, got one that they liked). After depositing them in the car we took another tractor pulled wagon to the corn maze, through which we were guided by Nathan the Navigator and Emma the Exporer......but we eventually found our way out. It was fun. After another fun tractor wagon ride, the kids rode the "train" (on which they were chased by a bull and from which they returned to us covered in what we could only hope was mud), Emma got her hair done and a ghost painted on her face by the local cosmetology school and the kids played on the playground. It was fun for all of us.
